Instructions
- YOUR RENTAL IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL YOU PLACE A PAYMENT AND RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
- IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US WITHIN 24 HOURS, PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL TO CONFIRM RECEIPT.
- Rental time includes set up and break down times. A fee would be billed if the crew leaves later than the reserved time.
- Please, leave the studio in the same condition. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session the cleaning fee will be added (from $150) and will depend on the amount of work required.
- This is not a sound proof studio, while other clients are using the facility there is a possibility of noise/distraction like music or speech.
- Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour. It also applies to hourly count of the packages.
- All hard to clean materials are to be approved in advance. A refundable deposit might be required.
- No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio.
- No Smoking in the studio.
- Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. No Live music bands.
- No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
- No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative.
- We do our best to accommodate and provide professional, friendly and honest services to all our customers and fellow artists, for this reason we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
